History

I have been training and studying Jiu-Jitsu for 19 years. I have fought and won in the UFC, Pride, King of the Cage, and many other top organizations in the world. I have been teaching for 15 years and I have schools in Canada, 2 in Ireland, England, and 2 in Texas. I have been producing great instructors and fighters for many years as well.

Specialties

We offer Nogi Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, Wrestling, Boxing, Cardio Kickboxing. Youth/Teen/Adult Classes. One of the most used services we offer is 24/7 access to all of our 18yo+ members.
