My training philosophy is to provide professional, appropriate personal training based on current science and proven exercise principles reaching the Dallas Fort Worth area. It's important, I feel, to be versatile and variable as a trainer. Each client has unique goals and needs each session with that client is unique. It's my duty to provide a custom exercise program based on your goals, current fitness level, needs, and available equipment. I don't believe in cookie cutter workouts, I've seen some personal trainers who basically have each client on the same exercise program which I believe is unprofessional.
