History
In a nutshell. I went from being the horrible bbq guy at a gathering, to my stubborn nature driving me to bbq literally several days out of EVERY WEEK for a few years. Then i was THE bbq guy for the potlucks at work. Then started festivals and small time catering, which led to a bbq trailer where i served outside of Red Square Bar. There, business grew exponentially and i upgraded to a food truck. Soon after I left the great company of USAA after 10 years, to pursue the food truck full time. And the rest WILL be history.
Specialties
Mainly Central Texas Style BBQ with a few twists here and there. I only serve what i think is the best meat, sides and sauce i can create. I'll grow the menu when i feel the next item is worthy to be sold to my awesome customers.
