History
Dr. Neal is a graduate of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry. In 1990 he graduated with honors from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School. He completed a General Practice Residency in 1991 Read Moreat the Oklahoma Medical Center in Oklahoma City. From 1991 to 1994 Dr. Neal served as a Commissioned Officer with the United States Public Health Service. He served under the Surgeon General of the United States in the Indian Health Service as well as the Federal Bureau of Prisons. During his time as a Commissioned Officer he completed Casualty Treatment Training and Forensics at the Naval Hospital in San Diego and an Advanced Dental Training Course in Orthodontics at Walter Reed Hospital in Washington, D.C. He is a member of the Texas Dental Association with service on the Peer Review Committee of the Capital Area Dental Society.
