Specialties
The Wagyu flank steak, one of the most popular dishes at Mour, is a perfect example of a classic that has been given a saucy twist. Sourced from Rosewood Ranch in Ennis, TX, the flank is marinated overnight in a house chimichurri sauce, creating a synthesis of bright and rich flavor profiles that are perfectly paired with a glass of Durigutti (Argentine, Malbec). Mour also offers a variety of hearty vegan and vegetarian dishes: the Cauliflower Mac is heavenly, the grilled peach salad with faro, arugula and blue cheese is drizzled in a maple bourbon dressing that will linger on your taste buds, and the lentil pasta is a tribute to legumes and veggies, artfully paired with a rich coconut curry.
