History
The owner, Moni Kaba has been a chef since 1973 when he opened his first restaurant in Waterbury Connecticut. From there he opened restaurant in New Jersey, New York, Florida an Texas. He has won awards from Pinellas County Florida, Dallas and Tarrant Counties in Texas and numerous others in his almost 40 years in the restaurant business. Since coming to Texas for the second time in 1995, he has opened over 25 restaurants. Moni's is most know for the Tomato Vinaigrette dressing that can be purchased in grocery stores across Texas.
Specialties
Moni's specializes in Southern Italian food. Our menu offers everything from chicken, veal, seafood, pastas and everything in between. We have private rooms for your special events. We also offer catering from 20 people to 500. Also, we have daily specials that are a must. If there is something you don't see on the menu just ask. Moni will make it if at all possible.
