I been to Mike's Saw Shop many times and have never found anyone there to be unfriendly. They do good work in a timely manner.

They do good work but the gal that owns and runs the place has a hard time smiling and is just down right grumpy. This last time I needed some work done on my Stihl but decided to fix it myself...
