Yelp is a horrible platform to use for small business owners. They support and allow fraudulent reviews made by unknown users with no yelp history. I have two reviews from who I believe to be a past employee trying to disrupt the business. Contacted yelp over this. They state they dont get involved. I have many good reviews they dknt show because the cust is mers were not yelp users with long history. Yet they allow bad reviews no matter the users history or content. I also paid yelp for marketing services to start with. What a waist of time and money.
