Chef Mark has worked in the Austin and surrounding area for over 25 years working in some of Austin's best culinary hotels serving delights & providing dining experiences. Including the Four Season's Hotel where he performed his apprenticeship for 3 1/2 years, then going on to film industry where he catered to movie sites feeding the cast & crew for over 6 years. Mark has catered for some of Hollywood' s best and brightest actors and has done over 30 catered events on location for major movies across America. Upon returning back to Austin, Mark worked as a Ccorporate & Executive Chef for the last several years including Excecutive Chef at Barton Creek Country Club LakeSide. His experiences bring a vast knowledge of culinary visions, tastes and talent. Chef Mark focus has always been to use his craftmanship to provide fresh and classical dishes with great service.
