History
We started brewing commercially in September of 2016. Initially, we strictly sold at the farmers market as we were trying to make the most of our tiny 110 sq. ft. commercial kitchen. After a couple of months of selling at markets we decided to double our capacity from 25 to 50 gallons in order to fulfill a couple of our wholesale accounts. We did that for 9 months until we eventually moved to our larger 1,200 sq. ft. facility in the eastside. We currently brew 250 gallons a month and have added a tasting room as well. You can find us on tap at Tinman East, Tinman West, Tinman Horizon, Nosh, Nomu, Eloise, El Paso Cookie Inc and Lululemon on wednesdays. Our tasting room is open on Wednesdays and Fridays. We are a Kombucha company for everyone and encourage anyone to come in to try a free sample.
