History
After working several years in a community mental health center and in nursing & rehabilitation facilities I decided to venture out on my own to provide the best possible care for private individuals and couples. I am so excited and passionate about my business's mission to help clients overcome difficulties and take control over the direction of their lives.
Specialties
I currently only offer virtual therapy and coaching, so I can offer some evening and Saturday appointments. I work with individuals from adolescents to adulthood to improve the quality of their lives. I use proven techniques and strategies to assist clients in overcoming various difficulties in their lives, whether it's anxiety, depression, conflict in relationships, grief, trauma, attention deficit disorder, and more. I provide effective and compassionate care that is individualized to meet the needs of each unique client and/or couple. I use a variety of effective therapies, such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Clients learn coping, calming, mindfulness, and problem-solving strategies to help them with current issues and when facing any future issues that may occur. I also provide coaching to assist clients in clarifying their goals in relationships and careers and in identifying and overcoming obstacles that may be preventing them from reaching their goals.
