Based in Kilgore, Texas, East Texas Council of Governments provides emergency services to the Anderson, Camp, Cherokee, Gregg, Marion, Panola, Rains, Upshur, Van Zandt and Wood counties. It offers assistance to local criminal justice agencies in the region.
