Four years ago this was a beautiful grassy area. Grass is dying all over our complex and neither Legacy or the apt care.

For unknown reasons they keep expanding the beds where nothing is growing. They dig up the existing grass around the complex.

This one little grassy area has 6 sprinkler heads. They water it 6x times a week then mow it with a riding lawnmower. Nice trenches now.
