At King William District CrossFit you not only get the benefit of CrossFit's proven training system but our coaches bring years of experience both as athletes and trainers. We may not take ourselves too seriously but we do take the training and teaching we do very seriously. We will push you to your limits but we will do so in an intelligent and planned manner. At District you will find a group of coaches who truly love what we do. We strive to meet the needs and goals of our members as best we can and take great satisfaction in being able to say we are successfully doing so. We get results.

At King William District CrossFit we are about real, complete fitness. CrossFit is described as constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. Training like this builds a person who can handle whatever an active lifestyle may throw at you. There is another term for this called General Physical Preparedness. Basically, this means that from a physical standpoint you will be ready and able to do anything you want. We are always striving to provide the best experience possible to our members. Come join us at District as we work together to never stop getting better at all aspects of life, and having a little fun while we do.
