History
I've been growing up with this amazing city for 24 years, since I moved here to finish my English degree at UT Austin. When I bought my first house, in Windsor Park, Mueller was still an airport. When my kids reached school age, I taught high school for several years. That was a great way to feel connected to people and to have a life of meaning. But, as a single mom, I was barely surviving. Still, I was afraid to leave teaching for real estate. I liked the immediate impression of being-a-decent-human that the classroom provided. I discovered, though, that my sense of service followed me from my teaching career. I still care that my work is as good for the clients who can barely afford a home as it is for those who can easily afford three. I still value listening, working until the work is done, and being available to the people who need my help. Let's make great things happen!
Specialties
I've lived in Austin since 1993 and I love exploring the city with clients. One of my favorite things about my work is listening carefully to what people want, through both the selling and buying processes, so that things go as smoothly as possible. I believe in steady communication, so that my clients feel they are up to date on what is going on, even if it's a day when not much is going on. Let's make it happen!
