Kal Fitness began out of a love and passion for fitness. The owner of Kal Fitness, Kal P., was 195 lbs in 2009. After making changes in her diet and through consistent exercise, she is now 124 lbs. Her goal is to assist other people experience transformation through physical weight loss.
