In 1994, Parigi Investments, Inc bought out Beaumont Property Management, Inc and nearly doubled the number of properties it managed. In 1997, Parigi Investments, Inc became the General Partner to the current Parigi Property Management, Ltd along with numerous other limited partnerships. All of the assets ofParigi Investments, Inc were transferred to Parigi Property Management, Ltd along with all of the liabilities associated at the time of the transfer.
