Dr. Parmer finished his residency and began private practice in northeast Tarrant county in 2000. He opened the Keller office in 2007. Dr. Macholl finished his residency in 2001 and continued working in the Army. After 23 years of service, he retired from the Army and joined the practice in 2014. They opened the Haslet office location in 2014.
