History

The Hop Scholar Ale House was born in answer to a lack of craft beer in Spring, Texas, and doors opened in 2014 to a thirsty public. Since then we've been busy adding events, a full blown kitchen, and our latest addition - sister whiskey and craft cocktail bar Sabbatical.
