History

We received our Texas state Distillers permit in 2013 but we did not receive our Federal Distillers permit until 2014 so we opened our tasting room July 3, 2014. However, it took several more months to get our formulas and bottle labels approved so we could not sell bottles of our products until October, 2014.

We are open for tastings & tours, cocktails, and bottle sales.
