Julie began teaching Qigong, Tai Chi, and Yoga at the Springs Family YMCA in Dripping Springs. She's been an avid wellness practitioner, devoted to incorporating complimentary healing modalities to the more Western health and fitness field. Specializing in Women and weight loss, Julie opened her business to private clients in 2013. She's expanded her classes to include workshops in weight loss, stress and anxiety reduction, and Women's Energy Circles. She enjoys working collaboratively with clients and their therapists for a truly transformative healing experience.
