This place sent me to Ethos labs to leave a urine sample- it was in the same office so I just assumed it was all covered with my insurance for the visit. They didn't inform me it wasn't covered...

A N.P that works 3 days a week and doesn't follow through is a total waste of time. The staff also does not know what is going on. If you need mental help, you will not get it here.
