Fire Alarm Control Systems, Inc is licensed and incorporated in the State of Texas and operates in the San Antonio and South Texas Area. Fire Alarm Control Systems, Inc has on it's staff three state licensed planners who are NICET ( National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technology ) Level III certified with forty plus combined years of experience, and all fire technicians are state licensed and factory trained. FACS also employs factory trained sound technicians to provide it's customers the best systems and support on the market today. Fire Alarm Control Systems, Inc is a systems distributor for Fire Control Instruments, Inc ( FCI ) which manufactures a complete line of life safety fire alarm systems which include conventional, addressable, network and voice evacuation systems. During this relationship with FCI, systems have been installed at the local military bases, public and private schools, Post Offices, VA hospitals and many small to high rise commercial office buildings. The Siemens Fire Safety ( formerly Cerberus Pyrotronics ) product line was acquired in 1996 to allow FACS to provide a wide range of fire alarm control systems to its customers. Installations include high rise buildings, hotels, Universities and hospitals. In 1999, Fire Alarm Control Systems, Inc became the San Antonio Rauland-Borg distributor which manufactures a complete line of school intercom systems. This allows FACS to provide it's customers a complete system packages including fire alarm, intercom, public address and master clock systems. FACS is currently a member of the following organizations: NFPA ( National Fire Protection Association ), TFAA ( Texas Fire Alarm Association ), AFAA ( Automatic Fire Alarm Association ), IEC ( Independent Electrical Contractors ) and also subscribes to the Builders Exchange of Texas.
