GuestSpaces was founded by Austin locals Kevin and Varsha Kapadia. The couple purchased a duplex as their first home, intending to live on one side and rent the other. They were soon receiving such a high volume of requests that they moved back into an apartment and converted the home into a full-time vacation rental property. The team has since grown and now manages over 40 luxury homes and lake houses around Austin and Lake Travis.
