We moved into our apartment, and it smelled like pet urine and feces. We asked them if they could clean it they would not. They told us don't worry about it

The apartment complex is nice. Deposit is 200 dollars. When moving out you have to pay to have the carpets cleaned. Instead of that I did it myself. Spend half a day cleaning the apartment....
