Grant has worked in the Austin real estate market since 1998. During this time, he has helped lead the sales and marketing initiatives in some of the area's most successful communities and developments for several national builders, including Wilshire Homes, Lennar Homes, Monterey Homes, Taylor Morrison Homes and Buffington Signature Homes. Starting in sales and eventually leading three builders as V.P. of Sales and Marketing has given Grant special insight into the housing industry. In 2009, Grant began to specialize in working with home sellers as a partner with Outlaw Real Estate Group.
