He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and local bar associations as well as a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.David McCall is a Plano native who has practiced law in Collin County since 1972. He has served as president of both the Plano and Collin County Bar Associations, is a former DART board chair, and has served on the boards of Baylor Hospital and Baylor University. He practices in the areas of real estate, wills and probate, and collection of delinquent ad valorem taxes. Lewis lsaacks joined the firm in 1988, bringing his extensive experience in civil litigation matters. His practice includes wrongful death and personal injury cases, condemnation proceedings, and commercial and business litigation He is also a qualified mediator and serves on the Collin County Community College District Foundation Board.The addition of William J. Roberts in 1990 expanded the practice to include family law. He is also active in municipal law, estate planning, will drafting, and probate. He is a former Plano City attorney and Collin County judge and past president of the Plano and Collin County Bar Associations.Sydna Gordon opened the firm Garland office in 1994. She concentrates her practice on public school law, municipal law and the collection of delinquent ad valorem taxes. J. Brantley Saunders joined the firm in 2003, bringing over 12 years of experience in Civil Litigation with a focus on insurance, personal injury, mediation and business issues. Jennifer Pettit joined the firm in 2003. Her practice focuses on civil litigation matters. She obtained her law degree and Masters of Business Administration from Texas Tech University. Jennifer was born and raised in the Dallas area and is a graduate of the University of North Texas.J. Douglas Burnside joined the firm in 2004 and practices out of the Garland office. Mr. Burnside has practiced law in the North Texas region since 1997, with his primary area of focus on the collection of delinquent ad valorem taxes. Mark A. Walsh joined the firm in 2005 and has counseled clients and litigated business and personal injury disputes in the North Texas region since 1997. He has extensive experience in construction disputes, contracts, and insurance issues.Robert T. Dry, III joined the firm in 2005 upon graduation from South Texas College of Law. He was born and reared in Plano and is a graduate of Plano Senior High School and SMU.Barbara R. Hunt joined the firm in 2007 and practices out of the Garland office. She has more than 25 years experience in civil litigation and administrative hearings before the Public Utility Commission of Texas and the FCC. She is also an attorney-mediator, and her practice is focused on civil litigation, school law, wills, probate, estate planning, mediation and telecommunications. She was born and reared in Dallas and is a graduate of Dallas Baptist College and the SMU School of Law.
