TV channel guide showing no network it was like Russian roulette picking a TV channel.

Communal shower gel/shampoo holders. Bottle labels haven't been bothered to be replaced anytime recently. The holders were barely held on

Really nice pool area with hot tub and 70 inch TV screen scene in the distance.

Ok not a five star but the rooms are very very comfortable and the property is amazing. The hot tub is a must. Great location for Fredericksburg Main walking!!!

3 star only because the lobby and grounds were so nice The room was atrocious! An old motel room, complete with stained carpets, mold on walls, dirty...not to mention 2 cockroaches and fleas!!!...
