The WBCS not only provides a stringent national certification process that ensures a business is indeed woman-owned, it also offers procurement, networking and educational opportunities throughout the year that enables access to qualified WBEs, corporations, businesses, government entities, institutions and other organizations. We are a partner of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) certifying in a region that includes Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Arkansas.
