Federal Bureau of Investigation, also known as FBI, is a provider of investigation and security-related services in the United States. The agency provides protection against terrorist attacks, bank robberies, extortions and thefts. Federal Bureau of Investigation has a staff of trained and certified personnel that specializes in various skills, including accounting, computer science, engineering, foreign language proficiency, law enforcement and physical science. In addition, it operates the FBI National Academy, which is a nonprofit international organization of senior law enforcement professionals. The agency designs and conducts training sessions based on community affairs and current issues. Federal Bureau of Investigation maintains its corporate headquarters in Dallas.
