El Bolero is an authentic Mexican concept that draws the inspiration for its food and beverage menu from the diverse regions of Mexico. The décor balances contemporary and modern Mexico in order to transport guests to Mexico through a variety of mediums and thoughtfully selected décor. The name El Bolero speaks to Mexican culture. El Bolero means shoeshiner and shoeshine stations are omnipresent across the streets of Mexico - they are a visible, important component of society. One of the centerpieces of the restaurant is a mosaic of iconic Mexican figures - this too is a nod to the history and culture of Mexico. The open kitchen infuses the space with life and energy. This feature and elevated pastor breathe life into our dining room and showcase the freshness of the cuisine, from our homemade tortillas to our robust and colorful ceviches. The patio boasts a separate bar where guests can enjoy house made juices and cocktails while watching sports on our outdoor TV. Authentic ingredients dominate the menu, which is approachable and broadly appealing. Many dishes have creative twists and innovative interpretations of Mexican classics. From wagyu to fresh seafood and vegetarian options (including an array of traditional salads), the menu has something for everyone. Daily fish tacos rotate according to fresh catch availability and the kitchen consistently offers creative features. Sunday brunch is highlighted by live music and a world class Bloody Mary bar. Complementing an extensive wine list and Mexican tap beer program, Bolero's craft cocktail list is regionally inspired and is accentuated by a separate, specialized agave menu with a number of infused tequilas and margaritas.
