Dragonfly is the ultimate vision of culinary pioneer, chef, and owner, Dominique Cordier. Born in the rolling hills of Burgundy, France, his passion for food began to boil as a small child. During the past thirty four years, Dominique has travelled the world honing his culinary skills. His experiences range from England to celebrity cruise ships, all of which have inspired the menu that Dragonfly boasts today. Dragonfly's initial concept started eight years ago, with the entrees having a Mexican and French influence. Dominique relocated to Padre Island one year later and added Curacao Blues, a tapas and wine bar, to his establishment. In April 2010, Dragonfly moved to its current location, where we now proudly serve a variety of culinary delights from a multitude of International backgrounds, made entirely from scratch by Dominique himself.
