In 1987 I installed my first shower door and cut my first piece of glass. Starting out on this long journey of learning everything there is to know about residential glass. What to do and what not to do when handling delicate glass. How to treat customers and the importance of doing what you say and saying what you'll do. It is never acceptable to leave a customer hanging for any reason. Communication is key. Commitments are made to be kept, not broken. No matter what it takes.
