I personally have over 10 years experience in apartment maintenance and light construction. We specialize in interior painting, mainly make-readies for apartment complexes. However we can also install drywall in new construction on repairing patches, and general maintenance work. I'm also ac certified and always offer to check on the system for free when a job is booked. We can do most work so feel free to ask.
