The maintenance guys take care of the property like it's their own. Must say that's a pleasant change of pace in comparison to other properties. HOT TUB and POOL are pretty solid too.

Maintenance loses work orders .Appliances are old and out of date.Excessive road noise on bldgs facing Coulter.Joe is the only office person that seems able to get things done.
