Thank you for your interest in our apartments. We have one bedrooms from 566 to 660 sq. ft. and two bedrooms plans from 990 to 1080 sq. ft. The two bedrooms come with fireplaces and washer/dryer connections. We offer a 6 and 12 month lease and will do a short term lease for an additional fee. All apartments are total electric with the apartments paying the water bill. Prices start at 580.00 thru 775.00 per month. A 350.00 deposit is required and a non-refundable 30.00 application.
