Been going here for two years... Not one person told me that I was using it out of network insurance and I just got a bill for $400. Not happy at all.

Nice facility, modern equipment, friendly staff, thorough and professional, with reasonable rates. Office staff is willing to help with constantly changing Insurance Co. policies. Would recommend.

They don't enforce masks in the waiting area even though there is signage on the windows stating that masks are required.. Since Dr. Hervas took over the practice I haven't seen the same Hygienist...
