David Cho Born in Texas formally Head Chef of Kenichi, now owner and executive Chef of Cho Sushi Japanese Fusion. He is making a big wave in Steiner Ranch with his food and service. You need to come in and try the fresh fish and wash it down with a sake sangria.

Cho sushi is all about fusion, from the sushi bar to the kitchen we try to do things with more twist. Like our Garlic Albacore Tataki lightly seared with pineapple salsa finished off with garlic oil and yuzu. From our Kitchen we have Seared sea scallops top with caramelized miso and unagi sauce with a side of asparagus and crispy tofu. This is going to melt in your mouth.
