Office of the Attorney General, Child Support Division is the official child support enforcement agency for the state of Texas. It locates absent parents and establishes paternity of children. The agency establishes court orders for financial and medical support and enforces support orders. In addition, Office of the Attorney General, Child Support Division reviews, adjusts, collects and distributes child support payments. It provides a full-range of child support services funded by the federal government and the state of Texas.
