We began out of a fascination with fine flavor chocolate. As we developed our own sources and techniques, the company flourished as one of the only bean-to-bar chocolate makers in Texas. We explore a range of small farm bean origins from Ecuador, Peru, Vietnam, Uganda and other nations as we learn with you what makes great chocolate.
