Gulf Coast Community Services Association is one of Texas' largest community action agencies. Its mission in Harris County is to help low-income residents become self-sufficient. The association does this by offering a variety of services that include housing counseling, senior services, adult education classes, summer youth services, after-school programs, clothing and school supply vouchers, and food pantries.
