We order Barbacoa and tortillas once a week from Capistran. It's literally one of the best things in Brownsville, Texas. It's a drive thru and the service is always very friendly. I love this...

they sold us raw " barbacoa" aand would not refund!! they laughed at us when we called to let them know!! the worst!!!!
