History

We started with a crude, uninsulated, home-made brick oven in our back yard three years ago before aquiring our Italian Forno Bravo mobile wood fired oven in the summer of 2013

We are a mobile Wood Fired Pizza Oven (food truck). We come to YOUR event to cater with fresh, hand-made neopolitan style pizzas cooked with an authentic wood fire.
