University of Houston Small Business Development Center provides business consulting and training to entrepreneurs of small and emerging companies. It offers professional consulting services to evaluate financing alternatives, develop loan packages, review and update business plans and strategies and access financial check ups and recommendations. The center also evaluates new market selling opportunities to the federal, state and local governments and to customers outside the United States. Additionally, it provides full-service conference space for special events, workshops, seminars and meetings. University of Houston Small Business Development Center is a part of University of Houston s Bauer College of Business. It is a resource partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration. Located in Houston, the center serves more than 30 counties in southeastern Texas.
