History
We have been a family owned and operated Grass Fed Beef operation since 1999 starting at the ranch. In 2001 we built Burgundy's Boucherie, our butcher shop where we cut our meats. In 2014 we opened our first retail location in DFW near downtown Fort Worth followed by this Dallas location in fall of 2016.
Specialties
Burgundy's Local focuses on grass-fed, grass-finished beef raised the way that mother nature intended on lush native grasses. We never administer hormones or antibiotics, and we do not use fertilizers on the grasses. Other products are 100% grass-fed lamb, pasture-raised chicken, pork, and rabbit, raw milk cheeses, pasture-raised (soy-free) eggs, and more.
