Bun Cha Ca Da Nang is a well-known and distinctive dish in Central Vietnam where fishery is one of the most vital professions of the local people. The fish are thus always fresh and best in quality. Made from different kinds of fruits and hers, Bun Cha Ca is very tasty and nutritious. We understand that change is inevitable. Besides frequently creating new dishes, we are always finding new ways to improve the dishes we already have. We always use the best quality of fresh meats, fish, and vegetables. We are concerned with the health of our customers and so we have modified the way we prepared our food to have no MSG, as well as less oil and sodium.
