Though we've only just gotten started, we've quickly established ourselves as one of the most diverse and engaging neighborhood CrossFit facilities in the Cypress area. It's our passion to grow stronger and healthier with our CrossFit community -- something we hope to do for years to come!

At CrossFit Sine Metu, we've fearlessly set out to get away from the stereotypes of our industry and change the CrossFit game. Our box is more than just a space to work out -- it's a space where you can feel comfortable to kickstart your fitness journey on your own terms. As a multi-functional facility, we offer a range of different modalities: CrossFit, Endurance Training, Bootcamp, Strength & Conditioning, and Weightlifting. On top of all this, everything comes with access to our experienced instructors and top-of-the-line equipment. We even have classes throughout the day and evenings to accommodate our members' needs and a free community workout on Saturdays that's open to the public. We all come from different backgrounds and physical capabilities, but we all strive together and push each other to be our best selves.
