I have been grilling for as long as I can remember. For the past 9 years I have been smoking briskets, chicken and ribs. I was always told how good my food is that in September 2018 I took the leap and opened up my shop. BBQ is my passion and as a chef I take pride in all my foods that I prepare.

As a culinary graduate from South Texas College, I take pride in all my cooking in an effort to provide you with the best dining experience.
