History
We started in a garage in 2006 and have continued to steadily grow. We now sit on 3 acres of land with a 5000 square foot training floor. We love that we have the space to run on site as well as a military style obstacle course that allows you to test your fitness in more ways than just in the gym. We are able to host competitions on site and offer a safe environment for your training objectives. We pride ourselves on offering more than just an hour to complete your workout. We operate on a flexible time schedule so that you have time to come in and complete your workout as well as get adequate technique work without feeling like you are holding up a group. Our focus at the BodyLab has always been technique first, consistency second and then intensity.
Specialties
Strength and Conditioning Training using CrossFit methods as a baseline. We will offer suggestions on nutrition as well as utilize several methods to help you be the healthiest and fittest that you can be. Within our ranks, our coaches are certified in Olympic Lifts, Gymnastics, and StrongMan skills. As a collective we have over 15 years of experience in the fitness field. We are a training facility first and foremost.
