Medium Rare Perfection, but unfortunately my steak was ice cold as were my over easy eggs :-(

Same place as the Gusher Bar .. No difference .. I guess if you sit at the bar to eat you're eating at the Gusher Bar and if you're in the dining area you're in the Blue Bonnet Bistro !! LOL !!
